| Begin Service |
| New customers must complete and sign an application for service and provide valid photo identification. Applications are available at our office located at 400 4th Street NE. Established customers who have satisfactory credit may update their application over the phone. |

| Transfer Service |
| When moving to a new house within our service area, please contact an Austin Utilities Customer Service Representative at 433-8886. We are available for connects and disconnects Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. We do require a 24 hour notice. |

| Final Service |
| If you are moving out of our service area and are closing your account, please fill out the following form or contact an Austin Utilities Customer Service Representative at 433-8886. When you call, we will need the address you are vacating, the last day you wish to have service and a forwarding address for your final billing. We do require a 24 hour notice. |
