| Begin Service |
| New business customers must complete and sign an application for service and provide valid identification. Established customers who have satisfactory credit may update their application over the phone or website. |

| Final Service |
| If you are moving out of our service area and are closing your account, please fill out the following form or contact an Austin Utilities Customer Service Representative at 433-8886. When you call, we will need the address you are vacating, the last day you wish to have service and a forwarding address for your final billing. We are available for connects and disconnects Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. We do require a 24 hour notice. |
