Carbon Foot Print

A carbon footprint is a measure of the impact our activities have on the environment. It relates to the amount of greenhouse gases produced in our day-to-day lives through burning fossil fuels for electricity, heating, transportation, etc.
The carbon footprint measures all greenhouse gases we individually produce and is defined in units of lbs/year of carbon dioxide equivalent.

Rain Barrel
Rain barrels can be placed under a roof downspout to collect storm water runoff that can be used for watering your lawn and flower gardens. This reduces runoff that carries pollutants into streams and rivers. Conserve water in the summer months and help reduce water pollution.
