| The winter's in Minnesota can be very cold. Unfortunately, not all homes in Austin, Minnesota will be warm throughout the winter. |

| Austin Utilities offers its customers the opportunity to assist those in need of money to keep the heat at a comfortable level through a designated Fuel Fund. Of the donations received, 1/2 of the money is given to Salvation Army's HeatShare program and the remaining 1/2 is given to SEMCAC's Reach Out for Warmth program. A donation can be made on your utility bill or call the office to charge to a credit card. To reach a Customer Service Representative, call (507) 433-8886. |
